How to create new collection from a template

Product: Quark Publishing Platform (QPP) NextGen

This option allows you to create a new collection based on a collection template on the server. 

Below are the steps to create a new collection from the template in the browse section of the workspace:

  1. Select the template in the Add New Collection from Template pane from which a user wants to create a new collection. 

  2. Click on the Next button.

  3. Enter a new name for the collection and then click on Add Collection button.

Note: While creating a collection from a template, a user cannot select the asset type of the collection because the asset type is predefined in the template.
